Hawkeye Security and Investigations Inc. was founded by Michael J. Spane and Kenneth H. Robison Sr. based on their shared dream of a customer service oriented Security and Investigative agency that integrated all facets of the two industries. Both noticed the lack of training and professionalism that had given the industry a negative image in many areas. Michael , who owned and operated a private Detective Agency for twenty years and Kenneth, who owned and operated a Security Agency for nineteen years, decided to combine the two into one cohesive agency that could serve as a one stop location for businesses and individuals. The two envisioned a fusion of both “old school” tried and true methods as well as new techniques using advanced technology and thinking outside of the box for ideas to assist clients in accomplishing their goals. Thus was born Hawkeye.

Kenneth H. Robison, Sr. Director of Security/Assistant Director of InvestigationsChief Robison has over 30 years experience in Law Enforcement, Security, Intelligence and Public Safety. He has provided security on movie sets, high profile bodyguard details, Counter-Terrorism, training/consulting for U.S. and foreign governments to investigating crimes on the streets. He began his career in 1976 as a Police Cadet.

 

Ken attended Spartanburg Methodist College, The University of South Carolina. The South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy as well as the SC Fire Academy. He holds over 100 Law Enforcement Certifications and has numerous Awards and Honorary Police Commissions from all over the country and the world including the Israeli National Police; the New South Wales Australia Police and Interpol. He currently serves as a Regional Director of the South Carolina Association of Legal Investigators (SCALI)

 

Michael J. Spane Director of Investigations/Assistant Director of SecurityColonel Spane has been in the investigations field ever since 1985 when he started out working for Wells Fargo Investigations. He attended Belfort University, American Intercontinental University as well as the SC Criminal Justice Academy. Mike has handled high-profile investigations throughout the United States and Asia for many national and international organizations obtaining a reputation for extreme discretion. Michael is known throughout the investigative community as an expert in medical and insurance Fraud investigation. Michael spent 8 years in the U.S. Navy in the communications field. He currently serves as Chairman of the Awards Committee for the South Carolina Association of Legal Investigators (SCALI)
